Ingredients

1 1/2 C. cornmeal

2/3 C. white sugar

2 1/2 C. milk

2 eggs

2 C. all-purpose flour

1/2 C. vegetable oil

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Set your oven to 400 degrees before doing anything else.

2. Get a bowl, combine: milk, and cornmeal. Leave the mix for 10 mins.

3. Get a 2nd bowl, combine: sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir the mix then add in the oil and eggs.

4. Combine both bowls and form a smooth batter.

5. Enter the batter into your pan and cook the bread in the oven for 40 mins.

6. Enjoy.
